November 19, 2004 – Following the tremendous success of ABIT Fatal1ty Shootout Europe, ABIT, Creative, VIA, Thermaltake, and Corsair are pleased to kick off the second leg of Fatal1ty's European Tour, ABIT Fatal1ty Shootout Europe II. Spanning across 8 European cities, 40,000 gamers across Europe will have another chance to meet and challenge 3-time Cyberathlete Professional League (CPL) Champion Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel, the world's most accomplished and recognized professional PC gamer. On this portion of the tour, Fatal1ty will kick off his new line of ABIT Fatal1ty PC hardware.
Fatal1ty Shootouts are competitions open to attendees who want the chance to play against the world famous professional gamer, Johnathan 'Fatal1ty' Wendel. Competitions consist of a 4-minute, 1v1 match, and prizes will be awarded for any points scored. Players able to best Fatal1ty within the time allotted win a fantastic prize package, including the new ABIT Fatal1ty AA8XE Pro Gaming Motherboard.
This time, Fatal1ty is set to appear at some of Europe's largest trade shows and LAN events, including Simo of Spain, Game Expo of The Netherlands, Norwegian EGG, and the world's largest LAN event Dreamhack in Sweden. The schedule for ABIT Fatal1ty Shootout Europe II is as follows:
