This CPL Extreme Winter Championships, which is taking place Wednesday, December 15 to Sunday, December 19, 2004 at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, Texas will be attended by 1,200 video gamers from 30 countries including Germany, Sweden, Canada, United Kingdom, Brazil, Finland, Japan and Italy. The event is hosting four video game tournaments with a total cash purse of $160,000.
 The ABIT Fatal1ty Time Trials™, that take place at the ABIT booth, pit you against 3 other combatants in an Unreal Tournament™ 2004 deathmatch. Test your skills and score 5 frags in the shortest possible time. At the end of the day, contestants with the top 4 fastest times will win some of the world's best gaming hardware. It's a frantic race to the finish, where only the quickest reflexes and smartest strategies will prevail. The first 600 challengers will also receive Fatal1ty Prize Packs, including limited edition Fatal1ty T-Shirts and Fatal1ty Dog Tags. The competition is completely free, and competitors will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.
