 September 9, 2004 – Due to the overwhelming
demand for ABIT Fatal1ty Shootouts in Europe, ABIT is proud to announce three new locations to ABIT
Fatal1ty Shootout Europe: Paris, France, Copenhagen, Denmark, and Stockholm, Sweden. Gamers
in each of these cities will have the chance to challenge top gamer Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel to a
1v1 matchup for some fantastic prizes.
Fatal1ty Shootouts are competitions open to attendees who want the chance to play against the world famous professional
gamer, Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel. Competitions consist of a 4-minute, 1v1 match, and prizes will be awarded for any
points scored. Players able to best Fatal1ty within the time allotted will be one of the first to receive the new ABIT
Fatal1ty motherboard, which is currently set for an October release.

About Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel
Johnathan first got involved in tournaments when he heard about CPL's Frag3 Tournament that took place in October 1999.
He won third there and was invited to represent the USA in Stockholm two weeks later where he won undefeated, winning
all 18 maps against the top players in the world. He continued to dominate competitions all over the world, including
in Singapore, St. Louis, Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Korea, Germany, Australia, Holland and Brazil, to name just a
few.
He won the CPL Pentium 4 Winter Championship in December '02 for Unreal Tournament 2003, a victory which made him three-time
CPL Champion of the Year—and each year for victories in a different game. At the recent QuakeCon 2004, Fatal1ty captured
