"2004's biggest game launched at one of the biggest events means an exciting time for all," notes Wendel. "I've had the same amount of time with the game as everyone else, and welcome all challengers to my shootout at Quakecon 2004."

Other events include an overclocking clinic hosted with VIA Technologies, maker of performance chipsets. In fitting style, they will be showing all attendees how to squeeze maximum performance from their gaming systems using what Hard|OCP declares as the Ultimate DOOM 3 Motherboard, the ABIT KV8 Pro based on the VIA K8T800 Pro chipset.

Be one of the first to witness this revolutionary new gaming platform at Hard|OCP's [H]ardware Workshop, which takes place on Saturday, August 14, at 1:00pm.
