Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., October 22 - The rave
reviews keep pouring in over the revolutionary OTES VGA cooling system featured

Legion Hardware had a chance to put the Siluro and the OTES through a battery of
tests. In the end, the boys at Legion Hardware found the Siluro GF4 Ti4200 OTES
to be "...quite possibly the most impressive graphics card I have ever seen."
Legion took the time to explain how the OTES technology works: "Abit have
designed the "Outside Thermal Exhaust System" to quickly extract the heat
generated by the GPU. Using a large conductive base it absorbs heat from the GPU
whilst extracting excessive heat through the heatpipe to the fins. The high
speed 7200-RPM fan acts as a vacuum sucking in air as it rushes through the
plastic shroud and out the rear exhaust outlet."
This is what they had to say about performance thanks to OTES: "The way in which
the OTES system worked and how well it worked is something Abit should be
awarded for. Such cooling setups have been tried in the past however, none
worked as flawlessly as the Abit OTES system. Abit have done heatpipe technology
the right way and have not gone soft in the air-flow department. Overall I was

overclocker looking at getting Ti4600 performance at an affordable price!"
