If there is nothing provided in the Window Update web site after you install a new operating system, it might be that the language of the Internet Explorer (IE) is not defined.
To solve this problem, please check the following steps:
Open Internet Explorer (IE),
[Tools]->[Internet Options]->[General]->[Languages]->[Add]->
select your prefer language->[OK]->[OK]
