BH7 features Intel 845PE chipset and officially supports 400 and 533 MHz FSB P4 processors; nevertheless, 800 MHz FSB P4 2.4C is not officially supported. For over clocking usage, you could try manually slowing down the memory timings rather than "By SPD". Even the DDR400 and DDR435 memory modules are qualified at specified SPD timings but it's still too critical for Intel 845PE chipset because of over clocking too much. Sometimes slowing down the timings will help but ABIT doesn't guarantee such kind of over clocking usage.
