After I installed Icon software for Media XP and then rebooted the system, "My Computer" does not show "CF", "MS" and "SD MMC" drive icons.

You should try one of these methods for this symptom as below:
1. Right click mouse, and choose "Refresh".
2. Reconnect USB cable of card reader directly.
3. Uninstall the ICON driver in control panel, reboot system, and then re-install it.
