Q: Does ABIT motherboard support harddisk larger than 160GB?

  1. For HPT 370/372 users, please update the driver to 2.32 or later.
  2. In order to support harddisk larger than 160GB, you may need to upgrade BIOS with new Award BIOS kernel that can support 48-bit LBA. Please upgrade to the latest BIOS we show here before install your new hard drive.
  3. All of our new model will come with 48-bit LBA supporting.
