Die NVIDIA nForce2 Plattform ist derzeit die einzige erhältliche Core-Logic, die
bereits die Echtzeit-Dolby Digital 5.1 Kodierungstechnologie im Chip selbst
integriert hat. Damit wird dem Anwender ein äußerst lebendiges Audioerlebnis für
Spiele, DVD-Filme und digitale Musik in unvergleichlicher Qualität geboten.
Dieses spezielle Feature ermöglicht es, jede Audioquelle als echtes Dolby
Digital 5.1 Signal zu kodieren und die Ausgabe über hochwertige PC-Lautsprecher
oder traditionelle Home-Theater-Systeme über ein einfaches Digitalkabel zu
führen. Somit wird Audio-Ausgabequalität wesentlich erhöht und gleichzeitig der
