How come this supports 6 SATA but only shows 4 SATA in BIOS?(A-N78HD,AN78GS,AN78GV)
A:
It is due to chipset restriction; There are 4x black SATA (1~4) and 2x red SATA (5~6). Red SATA can only function under AHCI or RAID mode.
