Naast dat u de BIOS-bestanden download heeft u ook een Flash Utility nodig om de BIOS-rom te kunnen updaten.(voor bestanden van voor Aug 2001)

  • U hoeft geen BIOS-update door te voeren als de betreffende BIOS geen verbeteringen of oplossingen bevat van verschillende funkties.
  • U hoeft niet alle BIOSsen in de lijst een voor een te update u kunt meteen naar de nieuwste versie updaten deze bevat namelijk alle voorgaande verbeteringen.
  • De CMOS-gegevens gaan verloren na het updaten van de BIOS. Het kan zijn dat u in het BIOS moet gaan en de betreffende instellingen weer moet instellen na het rebooten van het system.
